The dark stained timber sashes at this property were removed from their frames. The frames and sashes were then painted white as part of a major renovation.
Sashes were re installed with new Spiral Balances
Re installing some beautifully restored lead light window sashes - complete with new Spiral Balances.
New Spiral Balances installed in these Double Hung aluminium sash windows. With both top and bottom sashes now opening the ventilation is perfect. Cool air through the bottom sashes, warm air out the top.

These lower timber window sashes had not been opened for many years. They were heavily painted in and had broken Spiral Balances. Now fully operational.

He gave me awesome advice and showed me what he would do to correctly fix my windows
He removed the faulty sash systems so that my painter could sand and paint the windows with out any obstructions and then returned after painting to supply and install new sash mechanisms, he adjusted them and set them so they no longer slammed open or shut
